Going through tremendous adversity in his
personal life, Cowley College baseball coach Dave Burroughs returned

Kansas City
After losing its first game of a doubleheader
at Kansas City Tuesday by a score of 17-14, the Cowley College
baseball team fell behind 3-0 in the first inning of game two.
However, Cowley starting pitcher Chase Roten settled down on
the mound and the Tiger bats came alive as they rallied to

Scoring a pair of runs in the top of the eighth inning to grab
a 4-3 lead at Rose State on Wednesday, the Cowley College baseball
team was feeling good about themselves. However, Rose State
