Howard posted a record of 4-3 last year as a pitcher including a huge win at regionals, which put the Lady Tigers into the championship game. She also batted .368 as a part-time outfielder with three runs scored and four RBI's. Howard should again see action at both positions this year. However, pitching could get her the most playing time if she continues to perfect her pitches and increase her velocity during off-season workouts.
