Schlesener had a banner career at Southeast of Saline High School.  As a junior she was named 1st team All-North Central Conference pitcher and as a senior she was 1st team pitcher/first base.  Her senior year she was 10-4 as a pitcher with 56 strikeouts in 76 innings and a 1.20 ERA.  She batted .407 with three home runs and 15 RBI’s.  Cassie will be in the mix for the #2 pitching spot in the rotation in the spring.
