Unrein was the second leading hitter in Topeka as a senior (behind Cowley and high school teammate Bri Akers) hitting .420. She was named Second-Team All-City Topeka and All-Centennial League at first base as a junior, and First-Team All-City and All-Centennial League as a senior. Unrein split playing time at first base during fall ball and will continue to compete for playing time at first base during the spring.
