Tiger tennis teams pick up victories at conference foe Seward County

The No. 2-ranked Lady Tigers easily defeated a No. 6-ranked Seward County squad by a score of 9-0. The No. 5-ranked Tiger men, who were coming off a close loss against Pratt in their previous match, bounced back with a 5-4 win over the No. -7 ranked Saints.

In the women's match, Cowley dropped only one set in the dominating road win.

After winning two of three doubles matches, the Tiger men got singles wins from Dan Hosono, Guilherme Coelho, and Vaughn Smith to slip past the Saints.

The Tiger tennis teams will play at region foe Barton County on Tuesday at 1 p.m.
