Tiger track and field runners sign with four-year schools
After completing successful track careers at Cowley College, sophomores Kayli Myers, Lili Rose-Breheret, and Randy Rojas recently signed letters of intent to continue running at four-year schools.
Myers signed with the NCAA Division I University of Central Arkansas, while Lili-Rose Breheret and Randy Rojas signed with the NAIA program Central Methodist University in Fayette, MO.
Myers helped the Lady Tigers win the indoor and outdoor conference titles by being named the indoor conference champion in the 5,000-meter run and placing ninth in the 1,500-meter run during the outdoor season.
Breheret was also a part of the Lady Tiger indoor and outdoor conference-winning teams, and along with Myers was named a Coaches Association All-American during the cross country season.
Rojas also did well, placing in the 800 and 1,500-meter runs to help the Tiger men place second in the conference during the outdoor season.
The trio has left their mark on the Cowley College track and field programs and will attempt to do the same at their new schools.
